About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in IT who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software applications
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Associate degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, or similar tools
  • Previous internship or customer service experience
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain)
