As our Spare Parts Coordinator, you’ll be the go to expert responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely availability of parts for reactive service calls, planned maintenance, and equipment installations.

Your work will directly minimise downtime, support field technicians, and help maintain exceptional service delivery to clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, takes pride in precision, and enjoys keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Able to read basic schematics and understand component layouts (automotive/trade background highly desirable).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
  • Confident communicator across technicians, suppliers, and admin teams

Desirable

  • Background in maintenance, healthcare equipment, facilities, HVAC, or similar
  • Experience in spare parts, inventory, warehousing, or service coordination
  • Experience using ERP or service management software
  • Understanding of warranties and supplier agreements
