📍 Location: Dublin (City Centre, Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
 📅 Duration: 6-Month Contract (June 2026 – December 2026, with potential extension)
About the Role
We are currently hiring a Contract Recruiter to join a high-performing Employee Success team within a global technology organisation. This role will support hiring across Customer Success, Sales, and Solution Engineering, with additional exposure to hiring across EMEA markets.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideal for recruiters who thrive on delivering results while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through to offer acceptance
Hire across Customer Success, Sales and Solution Engineering roles (junior to mid-level)
Deliver high-volume recruitment (20–25 hires per quarter)
Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Use proactive sourcing methods including headhunting, networking and market mapping
Support hiring across multiple EMEA regions
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal and onboarding teams
What We’re Looking For
Experience in agency and/or in-house recruitment (in-house preferred)
4+ years’ recruitment experience 
Background in high-volume hiring environments
Experience recruiting for sales, tech, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Confident in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Familiarity with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools (including AI)
Confident in cold outreach and relationship building
