About the Role
We’re hiring a Talent Delivery Recruiter to support Futureforce EMEA, a leading global university recruitment programme focused on attracting and developing emerging talent. This role plays a key part in delivering top intern, apprentice and graduate hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with Talent Attraction teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify, assess, and convert top early-career talent while maintaining a high-quality, data-driven recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, apprentices and graduates
- Partner with Talent Attraction to identify and engage top early-career talent
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, including coaching and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Assess candidates’ skills, behaviours and potential to ensure strong role alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers, stakeholders and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads
- Track and manage pipelines, KPIs and hiring targets to ensure delivery against goals
- Provide data-driven insights and feedback to improve hiring outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and programme success
Key Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Strong understanding of candidate assessment and selection techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to coach candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle
- Highly results-driven, with experience meeting hiring targets and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs and recruitment metrics
- Fluent in English
