Looker QA 01, a leading entity in the Financial Services sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Account Executive to enhance our IT Operations team. This role is a full-time, regular/at-will position, ideally suited for an entry-level professional who is zealous about client management and possesses a strong aptitude for strategic planning. Offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $75,000 annually, we are committed to providing an attractive compensation package to the ideal candidate. As an Account Executive, you will be entrusted with comprehensive responsibility for account and client management, fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Your active involvement in the strategic direction of programs will be crucial, alongside managing the minutiae of project details such as tasks, budget, scope, and schedule management; quality; account billings; and reporting and documentation. The role demands the ability to juggle multiple accounts with concurrent deadlines, necessitating exceptional organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively. Your core job responsibilities will encompass contributing to the strategy phase of the project by researching and understanding clients' market and industry issues, leading client relationships as the primary

contact, and serving as an internal advocate for client needs and expectations. You will oversee account scope, schedule, team resources, task flow, and asset acquisition, and aid in the presentation of work-in-progress milestones with the creative team. Moreover, you will be accountable for documenting, communicating, and following through on all client mandates, feedback, requirements, etc. Additionally, you will have account P&L responsibility, preparing and monitoring estimates, proposals, change orders, budgets, account billings, PO's requests for quotes, etc. Ensuring the highest standards of quality is paramount, as you will guarantee that deliverables meet stated goals and objectives. Lastly, you will support business development, marketing, and operations initiatives as needed. Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with brand and design methodologies
  • Experience with web or multimedia accounts is a plus

  • Experience with budgeting, scope, and schedule management
  • Experience in quality assurance and delivering high-quality deliverables
  • A history of supporting business development and marketing initiatives
  • A four-year degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ to 15 years of professional experience
