The Role
Are you a motivated warehouse supervisor who thrives in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments?
As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a hands‑on leadership role within the logistics operation supporting a large‑scale data‑centre construction program.
Alongside the newly appointed Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activity, guide a team of Warehouse Associates, ensure accurate inventory practices, and maintain safe, efficient storage and distribution processes.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Daily Operational Supervision
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Allocate workloads, set priorities, and ensure service-level expectations are met
- Maintain workflow momentum in a busy, high-volume environment
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate Warehouse Associates to meet operational targets
- Support onboarding, training, and development within the team
- Foster a culture focused on safety, accuracy, and teamwork
Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Maintain accurate stock through disciplined inventory processes
- Oversee organised, clean, and compliant storage environments
- Support cycle counts, stocktakes, and materials reconciliation
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strong safety standards across all daily activities
- Ensure documentation, registrations, and compliance procedures are followed
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, Project Teams, Logistics Partners, and Contractors
- Assist with daily and weekly scheduling, planning, and coordination
- Provide updates and communication to internal stakeholders
Systems & Reporting
- Use Oracle ERP to complete accurate inventory transactions
- Support operational reporting and data accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement and workflow optimisation
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, or simliar
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory processes
- Confident team leadership in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage pressure and work to time‑critical deadlines
- Valid White Card
Desirable:
- Experience in construction logistics or project-based environments
- Exposure to ERP/WMS systems such as Oracle
- Experience supporting new warehouse setups or operational ramp-ups
