Our client, a leading Australian medical supply company, is looking for an organised and proactive Admin/Transport Scheduler to join their team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the delivery of essential medical equipment to hospitals, aged care facilities, and community services across the country.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, loves staying organised, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Ongoing support is provided, along with consistent hours, a supportive workplace culture, and the chance to build valuable skills in a growing and meaningful industry.

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday + overtime


Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling the transport and instillation of health-care equipment and products at customer sites, including aged care facilities, hospitals, and private residences

  • Data entry and admin duties

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation

  • Adhere to all company, and industry compliance standards

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

  • Available Monday to Friday with full working rights
