📌 Job Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage workforce delivery, and ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment and operational coordination. The role focuses on client satisfaction, account growth, and service delivery excellence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with allocated clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Oversee recruitment and workforce fulfillment requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, compliance, payroll)
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Handle queries, escalations, and operational issues
- Support account growth and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate reporting and client documentation
✅ Requirements
- Previous experience in account management or recruitment (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment or workforce solutions
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
