As a Learning & Development Executive, you will design and deliver impactful programmes, such as The Rise Masterclass, turning average performers into top achievers. This role offers the chance to embed practical skills and drive continuous improvement, aligning with business goals and enhancing recruitment excellence.
The RoleDesign, deliver, and improve The Rise Masterclass to build recruitment excellence.
Facilitate engaging workshops and practical exercises to enhance core skills.
Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop relevant content.
Translate OPOS principles into actionable behaviours and track team development.
Ensure training initiatives support business objectives and high-performance culture.
The PersonExperience at Senior Consultant level within a recruitment environment.
