As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and nurturing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include engaging with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and playing a key role in achieving significant sales contracts. This role offers a clear pathway for career progression, from Client Engagement Manager to senior leadership positions.
The RoleEngage with existing clients to understand their needs and plans.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
Manage the end-to-end process of placing candidates in roles.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve big-ticket sales contracts.
