Our client operates a high-volume, fast-paced Distribution Centre responsible for moving thousands of products daily, ensuring stores are consistently stocked and customers are supported nationwide.
Key responsibilities include voice picking, order selection, and pallet movement using pallet jacks. Candidates must have prior experience with voice picking systems and be confident operating pallet jacks. You’ll be expected to consistently meet performance targets while maintaining attention to detail and working effectively within a team which will be rewarded with attractive remuneration. 
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, is physically fit, and is committed to achieving daily KPI targets in a dynamic warehouse setting.
Hours: 
 
Day shift - Must be flexible for shifts between the hours of 5am - 4pm 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
As part of the DC team, your main responsibilities will include: 
Voice picking orders
Operating electric tugger/wave rider
Stacking and wrapping of pallets
Stock replenishment
General warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
About You: 
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following: 
Minimum 2 years recent experience voice picking in a DC environment 
Must be able to provide a recent reference to verify the above experience 
Physically fit and capable of repetitively lifting 20kgs and walking all day 
High level of reliability, punctuality and a commitment to safety 
Must be able to meet strict KPI's 
Full working rights, available for long term work with the potential to go perm
