Our client is a leading beverage manufacturer currently seeking a reliable and experienced Inventory Officer / Forklift Driver to join their fast-paced warehouse team. This is a hands-on role within a busy distribution environment where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are essential.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for stock control, system updates, and general warehouse support using forklift equipment where required.

Hours:

Day Shift , flexible for 8:00am-4:00pm OR 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday + Overtime as required

There will also be the occasional Saturday shift once a quarter with ample notice provided.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the DC team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily pick face and coffee counts
• Completing scheduled cycle counts across various warehouse sections (system-driven)
• Assisting with pallet reworks and general stock adjustments
• Signing off on driver returns and processing discrepancies
• Managing NCRs, including production damages
• Performing putaway of pallets using a forklift
• Maintaining regional and metro cockpit data within SAP
• Providing support to warehouse automation systems

About You:

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

• A valid LF forklift licence with prior experience with high reach and counterbalance
• Previous experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (SAP experience desirable)
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Reliable and punctual
• Available Monday to Friday with full working rights
