About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function and drive measurable commercial impact.
This is a standalone, high-impact role where you will work closely with Sales and senior leadership to plan and execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital channels, content, events, and partner initiatives. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and play a key role in driving pipeline growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Translate commercial objectives into clear, measurable marketing plans and campaigns
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
- Drive inbound lead generation through website optimisation, landing pages, CRO, and tracking using WordPress (Elementor), Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns and automation workflows using Mailchimp and HubSpot
Sales Alignment & CRM
- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, tracking, handover, and conversion
- Work within HubSpot, Capsule CRM, and Apollo to support pipeline visibility and performance
Content, Events & Brand
- Create and manage content across blogs, gated campaigns, LinkedIn, and thought leadership initiatives
- Support senior stakeholders with positioning and content development
- Deliver end-to-end webinars and events, managing platforms such as Microsoft Teams/Webinars, Zoom, and Eventbrite
- Manage social media planning, publishing, and reporting via Sprout Social and LinkedIn
SEO, Analytics & Reporting
- Own SEO strategy and performance using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Analyse performance and ROI using GA4, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Clarity
- Provide clear insights and recommendations based on data
Creative & External Management
- Create and adapt visual and video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HitFilm, and Vizard AI
- Manage external agencies and freelancers via platforms such as Upwork
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or cybersecurity experience preferred)
- Proven experience running end-to-end marketing in a standalone or small-team environment
- Strong hands-on expertise across:
- Paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Email marketing and automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Website management (WordPress)
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and reporting, with experience using GA4 and dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Capsule, or similar)
- Comfortable using SEO and research tools to drive organic growth
- Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) to enhance content, research, and productivity
- Commercially minded, with a strong focus on pipeline, performance, and ROI
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident taking full ownership of your function
