Warehouse Associate
Our Client
Founded in 1980, our client is a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high‑quality, uniquely crafted architectural door and cabinet hardware.
Based in Moorabbin, you’ll be working within a specialised vertical market inside a modern, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse that is currently expanding. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join their close‑knit team.
This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday role (7:00am–3:30pm) that offers an exceptional work–life balance.
About the Role
This position is based full‑time in the Moorabbin warehouse, with occasional visits to the Caulfield South showroom for training or company events. You will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are seeking someone reliable, eager to learn, and proud of the work they produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Configure and assemble products (full training provided; mechanical aptitude highly regarded)
- Assist with inventory duties including stock put‑away, cycle counts and stocktake support
- Use computers for freight bookings, basic data entry and order processing
- Experience with Mac OS, MYOB, Excel or freight platforms is advantageous (training provided)
- Apply strong attention to detail — all orders are custom‑built per client
- Work collaboratively to meet daily targets and share workload evenly within the team
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and occasionally customers
- Present professionally during any face‑to‑face interactions
