We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable academic who is passionate about teaching, research, and contributing to the broader university community. You’ll be committed to supporting student success, maintaining scholarly engagement, and contributing to curriculum development and innovation in your field.

What you’ll be doing:

• A relevant postgraduate qualification (PhD or equivalent) in your discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and/or online teaching.
• A record of scholarly research, publications, or professional practice aligned with the discipline.
• Ability to design and deliver curriculum that supports student learning and graduate outcomes.
• A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A sound understanding of university governance, academic integrity, and quality assurance standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality lectures, tutorials, and/or online learning.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and foster inclusive, supportive learning environments.
• A track record of research activity, scholarly publications, or professional contributions in your discipline.
• Strong academic qualifications, typically including a PhD (or significant progress toward one) in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with contemporary teaching methods, learning technologies, and curriculum development.
• Capacity to contribute to course coordination and academic administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and collegial approach.
• Commitment to academic integrity, continuous improvement, and student success.
