Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join a supportive and welcoming team in a office based in Port Melbourne.
Key Points & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM Data
- Develop and provide sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Create reporting system and coordinate with state sales managers to providebudget monitoring and tracking.
- Identify and manage critical supply shortages on fast-moving products and overstock slow-moving products
- Coordinate Export orders and containers for New Zealand customers, liaise with customers, distributors, warehouses, purchasing officer, freight company and all relevant parties to ensure order is delivered on time in full.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customer service or sales team for relevant inquiries.
- Create and issue invoices, process credit memos, prepare account statement,provide support on enquiry and monitor monthly billing report for central billing customers.
- Perform other administration assistance and support when required.
About you
- Have a proven ability as a team player to deal with conflicts, require initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focused
- Advanced skills in the MS (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint etc)
- Proficient in SAP or proven experience as a CRM or Database Administrator
- Able to prepare high quality reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
