RecXchange is expanding globally, and we're bringing on driven Client Acquisition Specialists to secure more end-client roles for our recruiter ecosystem. You'll introduce companies to our platform and earn a percentage of every role they post that gets filled by our global recruiter community.

This is a commission-only position offering up to 25% revenue share , full flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.


Contract Term

This position is offered on an initial 6-month agreement , with the option to renew based on performance and client acquisition activity.


Role Overview

You will identify, approach, and onboard new employers into the RecXchange ecosystem. Once a client signs terms and their roles go live, you earn up to 25% of every placement fee generated— repeatedly, for as long as they remain your client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and approach hiring managers, founders, and HR leaders

  • Present the RecXchange operating system and its value

  • Onboard new clients and submit roles via the platform

  • Maintain and manage ongoing client relationships

  • Work closely with leadership on global expansion targets
