We’re seeking a sharp, organised, systems-savvy operator to take full control of daily warehouse workflow across multiple sites. If you love being the person who always knows what’s going out, when, and how to keep everything moving, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own
- The entire order book — releasing daily workloads, escalating issues early, keeping operations smooth
- WMS performance — troubleshooting, optimisation, and driving smarter slotting/pick paths
- Capacity planning — forecasting demand, managing labour needs, coordinating agency/casual staff
- Daily/weekly KPIs — DIFOT, picking accuracy, productivity, and simple performance reporting
- Cross-team coordination — working with supply chain, customer service, finance, and warehouse teams

Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
