About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Success Manager to help our clients get the most out of our digital solutions. You’ll build long-term relationships, guide new customers through onboarding, and ensure they achieve measurable success with our products.
Desired Profile
Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers. Manage onboarding, training, and adoption processes. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Analyze usage data to help customers optimize results. Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues and improve user experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in account management or customer success. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights. Fluent in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.
