Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional accreditation or certification in Building Surveying (e.g., RICS, or equivalent).
Proven experience in building surveying, property inspections, or a related field.
Strong understanding of current building codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
