Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Advise on performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisal systems.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including change management and team-building activities.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies are up to date and effective.
  • Collaborate with training and development to identify skill gaps and recommend professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on business partnership.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
