Are you passionate about supporting older adults to live with dignity, independence and joy? We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our dedicated team at Careforce Group, a trusted provider of high-quality aged care services across Melbourne. 
About the Role 
As a casual Personal Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to our residents. You will support their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, contributing to a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility 
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to the nursing team 
Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enrich their quality of life 
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided 
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standards 
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team 
What We're Looking For 
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification 
Previous experience in aged care or healthcare, particularly in a PCA role 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
A caring, empathetic nature with a genuine commitment to aged care 
Ability to manage challenges with professionalism and a resident-first mindset 
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
