About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Augmented Reality (AR) Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As an AR Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AR applications that enhance user experiences and drive innovation. This role is based in Stirling and offers a competitive daily rate of ?350.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AR applications for various platforms (iOS, Android, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Utilize AR frameworks such as ARKit, ARCore, and Unity to create immersive experiences.
Optimize AR applications for performance and scalability.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AR.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an AR Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in AR development frameworks (ARKit, ARCore, Unity, etc.).
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or JavaScript.
Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Maya).
Solid understanding of computer vision and image processing techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with machine learning and AI integration in AR applications.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for AR experiences.
Previous experience working in an agile development environment.
