Junior account Manager

Staff Australia specialise in providing short & long-term labour hire, permanent staff and training solutions across white and blue collar across a variety of industries. We are currently searching for an additional team member to join the team on a permanent basis due to national growth to develop new business and nurture existing clients.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in the following:

• Strong client management skills. Must have own transport and able to drive.

• Ability to build successful new business relationships with both clients and candidates

• Superior time management

• Exemplary communication skills

• Flexibility to work seamlessly across different industries

• RMS experience - FastTrack experience is an advantage

The Role:

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for liaising with existing clientele, understanding their business needs and providing suitable staff solutions. Subsequently, you will be responsible for ensuring available personnel are able to attend site according to client requirements. You will also be required to secure new business opportunities within existing clients. This position is a warm desk so it will have something for you to work on immediately. 

Key Skills:

• Experience working within the recruitment industry.

• Be able to multitask and thrive in working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Have excellent time management and communication skills.

• You will need to be computer literate and capable to ensure all internal processes are completed on time.

To be successful in this role you must be motivated, dedicated and show initiative.

Willingness to go the extra mile when required to ensure all targets are met on time.
