About the Role
 We’re seeking a driven professional to help expand and strengthen our client base, while contributing to strategic business growth across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare pricing packages for commercial painting projects
Analyse tender documentation including finishes schedules, architectural drawings, and scopes of work
Accurately interpret architectural drawings and estimators' measurements
Rate Bill of Quantities and produce detailed quotations
Participate in post-tender meetings and price negotiations with clients
Review and negotiate contracts, both internal and external
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including planning and attending social events
Collaborate closely with the site team to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee awarded projects from initiation through to completion
Skills and Experience
Proven sales experience, preferably within the painting or construction industry
Well-established contacts within the construction sector (highly regarded)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of construction processes and practices
Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural drawings and finishes schedules
