Machine Operators - Kingsgrove

• Our client, a leading milling, manufacturing, and distributor of flour-based food products including bakery products, flour premixes and food ingredients supplied to their retail, foodservice and commercial customers. Their heritage encompasses more than 100 years of flour milling and food. We are currently seeking experienced machine operators to join their team in Kingsgrove, shifts are 2:30pm - 10:30pm , Night shift 10:30pm – 6:30am

Monday to Friday, full time availability required. Weekend OT is available.

Duties include:

• Meet daily production targets in line with operating procedure, food safety and quality standards
• To gain full operational knowledge of the equipment and machinery and report any issues as they arise
• Machine operation
• All required paperwork to be completed accurately daily
• Ensure production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
• Participate in and promote a safety culture supporting the business to maintain a safe working environment

The successful person will possess:

• Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Machine operator experience
• Forklift licence would be highly regarded
