Responsibilities
Perform a range of joinery tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures and fixtures.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute joinery projects accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion and adherence to specifications.
Ensure high standards of workmanship while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Select and source appropriate materials for various joinery projects, considering durability and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of joinery work to identify any necessary repairs or modifications.
Provide consultations to clients regarding design options, materials, and finishes to enhance their projects.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Joiner or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of various joinery techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials as needed.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
