Responsibilities

• Operate 360-degree excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Load and unload materials as required on construction sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on the machinery as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to execute site preparation and excavation tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
• Communicate with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate work schedules and operations.

• Valid driver's license, preferably with a CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
• Proven experience operating a 360-degree excavator or similar heavy machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Physical stamina and capability to handle demanding tasks on construction sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
