The Role

Due to organic growth, they are expanding operations within their 3PL division and are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate or Senior Warehouse Associate to join their high performing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy, and fast paced daily operations within a small, high achieving team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring all inbound and outbound goods are processed correctly, stock is handled safely, and operational workflow remains smooth.

The Candidate

  • In this role, you’ll be hands on across shipping, receiving, and project warehouse tasks, including:
  • Receiving, processing, and dispatching goods with high accuracy
  • Using RF scanners throughout the day to maintain real time inventory accuracy
  • Operating forklifts counterbalance or reach (reach highly regarded)
  • Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Accurate picking and packing of boxed and bulk pallet orders
  • Processing orders through ERP and freight systems to ensure correct documentation
  • Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse and supporting daily workflow
  • Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory or dispatch
  • Strong communication skills + basic computer & email capability
