Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
Oversee and improve employee onboarding experiences
Manage employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
Provide support to management on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes to support employee growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a corporate setting
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with HR software and HR metrics for data-driven decision making
