You will be responsible for creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing one-on-one coaching sessions. Your role will also encompass assessing training needs, measuring training effectiveness, and continuously improving training programs based on feedback. You will collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on product innovations and ensure that all training content is relevant and up-to-date. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs for employees and clients on product features and benefits.
• Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different audiences.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to team members needing additional guidance on product usage.
• Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering and analyzing feedback.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay informed about new product features and updates.
• Maintain a repository of training resources and documentation for easy access by relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a product or technical environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to create coherent training programs.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of various learning styles.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning development tools is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to continuously improve training materials and processes.
