Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure successful integration.
- Coordinate performance management systems, providing guidance to managers on evaluations and goal setting.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, addressing conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to mitigate risk.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and implementing feedback strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record in recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with relevant regulatory compliance experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
