Antony James recruitment is currently supporting a Client on the England/Scotland Border in recruiting a chef de partie.
My client in Cumbria is a vibrant and contemporary Michelin starred restaurant located in the heart of this picturesque countryside destination venue in Pentonbridge. Renowned for its chic decor and relaxed atmosphere, my client offers an eclectic menu featuring locally sourced ingredients from its sister site and is focused on creating french classics on the England/Scotland border.
Due to the remote location, my client is offering Live in at £250 per month but recommends all candidates to have their own transport due to how rural the site is.
Job Details:
Position: Chef de partie
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Shift pattern: 4/7 Wednesday to Sunday (Sunday only breakfast)

- Willing to learn and help build the team
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Aid in preparing and presenting high-quality, flavorful dishes.
- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
