Job Details:

Position: Head Chef

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Shift pattern: 5/7 - all straights

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining current knowledge of culinary trends and kitchen procedures; ensuring that kitchen workers follow quality, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements; interacting with suppliers and making sure they provide high-quality products at reasonable costs.
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and placing orders when necessary
• Managing culinary equipment upkeep and scheduling repairs as necessary
• Managing employee concerns, such as sick leave and attendance, and imposing discipline when needed
• Creating new recipes and revamping menus to draw in more customers
• Ensuring that visitors have a delightful dining experience and receive exceptional service
