Position: Sous Chef

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Shift pattern: 5/7 - all straights

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Aid in preparing and presenting high-quality, flavorful dishes.
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and management.
• Participate in menu planning and development.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
