Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Shift pattern: 11am - 10pm (Close)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Aid in preparing and presenting high-quality, flavorful dishes.
- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and management.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all dishes.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
