Join our team at a site in St. Albans. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated waiters to provide exceptional service to our guests.
About the Role
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
About You
- Previous experience as a waiter preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible to work on a 5/7 rota basis, including weekends and holidays
