The role:

The role is to provide consulting services and find business opportunities within the clients electronics Europe subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• The Role has responsibilities of leadership to not only build up from current ERP project but also develop new business opportunities in ICT to grow the company.
• The role requires fluent and meaningful communications and impressive presentation skills to pursue new projects or enhancements for our stakeholders
• You will work closely with the Electronics in Europe, our project partners, internal support teams and relevant third parties, to sales and deliver projects.
• Build relationship with customer stakeholder and execute producing and pitching proposals to the customer.
• Ownership of all ICT business development projects from planning through to delivery.
• Building quarterly and yearly strategy as well as action plan for ICT business development

Essential Skills:

• Good customer facing skills with experience of all levels of people in the user community
• Good Business Process knowledge in Retail industry (or Hi-Tech Product Sales)
• Experience of working in a large multi-national company in a support
• Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills
• ERP advance skills mainly for SAP SD and comprehensive SAP SD knowledge and experience of minimum two years
• Travel within Europe or USA
• Dedicated to customer care or customer support
• Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
• Self-motivated, well presented, professional and dedicated

Desirables:

• Great understanding system landscape to conduct both process innovation and
• System integration.
• Largely autonomous role and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and within the business.
• Knowledge in EDI, IDOC and ALE technology.
• S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps with specific areas such as aATP in SD, TM in LE
• SD, MM, PE, SD, SAP, AP, IT
