Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about our services and facilities
- Serve food and beverages in the dining area or during events
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service
